Ex-works. Figeva shall not be liable for any damage not highlighted to the courier on collection of the goods, even if the goods have been sent carriage paid with the charge applied on the invoice.
orders
In view of the potential for errors and misunderstandings when placing orders over the phone, no shipments will be made without a written order. If necessary, in urgent cases, telephone orders may be placed but they must be followed up by a written order, otherwise any related returns will not be accepted.
special orders
Orders must be accompanied by a detailed drawing and a technical description.
